Look for Max for Chocolates at the Esplanade

Melting Marshmallow Crepe (S$10 exlcusive of 7% GST & 10% service) is "a thin french crepe stuaffed with melted chocolate chunks and marshmallows and topped with white chocolate chunks. Also, served with vanilla ice-cream, grummy bears and warm chocolate sauce"

Fen: I presume there is some difference between the Max Brenner in Singapore and those abroad. The description doesn't seems to tally. At least I don't recall eating the chocolate chunks, be it the white or the dark. However, I can dare say that marshmallow crepes are pretty rare and this is something I don't mind eating again. At the least the crepe is of the right thickness (some are really thin and tasteless) and there is no taste of artificial vegetable oil. The marshmallow gives a springy taste that goes very well with the chocolate sauce. I think it will be perfect if lots of dark chocolate is sandwiched with the marshmallow since the latter is very sweet. Ultimately, we bbq-ed marshmallows and dipped them in fondue. I thought that will be the ultimate indulgence for the extra calories.

One thing to add, we both agreed that the crepe from the Line is so far the best. If you happen to drop by for the buffet. Make sure you eat their crepes... Freshly made and customized to your choice of toppings.

Rarely you find a crepe with marshmallow filling. Unique but nothing too fanastic about the taste.
