Of course, there are still a handful of places that serve carrot cakes (e.g. Secret Recipe, Brewerkz, Blue Magnolia, Baker's Creation, Soup Spoon, Aerin's, Seasons Reasons and Haato) which we have not tried and we welcome all comments and recommendations.

Hi there, I love carrot cakes too. I've tried Food for Thought's and Aerins'. I remembered Aerins' dry and terrible. Food for Thought's pretty good, a little different as there is a tinge of pineapple slices (I think), worth a try.
Hi, we have received many feedbacks on Food for Thought's Aunty Christina's Old School Carrot Cake. Refer to Our Comments
Personally, I didn't feel that it deserve to be my top 4 as it was simply too moist and the walnuts were not crunchy. (Lou Fong)
yaY!!! cedele made it to the top. It's really good isn't it. my all time favourite as well. Thanks for wrapping up the carrot cake spree guys. good work!
Anonymous: I have not tried Aerins' but we will keep the remaining choices in our checklist... Food for thought was good but there is something lacking in it... Thus, we didn't put it in as our favourite 4... I am curious about their Red Velvet Cake though...
Yuan: But admit it, Aunty Christina's carrot cake nearly went into the favourite 4... if not for CBTF
Sihan: Yea, no doubt, Cedele has the best carrot cake... and to think that it was the first one we have tried in the series... The subsequent ones just missed by its frosting...
i just had a carrot cake today at Epicurious, found it rather yummy (: Was more of like the drier, crumbly kind but the taste was pleasantly nice! im a huge fan of carrot cake too =D
wahh everytime the mega-post come out comparing all the same cakes. good! yeah i had the epicurious carrot cake the last time i went there and i found it to be not bad. of course i haven try a lot of carrot cakes so cant compare. ha
This is Yuan's idea to put all the cakes on the same post... He likes it... I haven't try every single carrot cake in Singapore but will update it when I come across a better one...
Meanwhile, we have enough of carrot cakes, it is just too haunting to eat the same thing for a few weeks...
Thank you for the recommendation of Epicurious... I might drop by to try the rest of their items, Robertson Quay sounds like a pleasant place to unwind...
