Cream Cheese Macarons

Okok, I know I have been blogging on Hilton Singapore lately but trust me, I have bought these macarons on 3 occasions after trying them at the Christmas Media Event.


Slightly on the moist side, these macarons are intensely flavoured with Clavados Calvados and the texture is simply fabulous. Not the conventional buttercream and the shells are meaty with a nice crisp crust.


A box of 9 is priced at $24.21 (i.e. $2.69 each). Durian lovers will not want to miss out Hilton's macarons. According to a friend of mine, those are highly recommended too.
