EKAC NY Cheesecakes

There are 2 types of cheesecakes offered at EKAC, namely the classic New York Cheesecake and the low in fat and calories, Tofu cheesecake.

Had The Blushing Bride (Strawberry Cheesecake) and Girl in the Green Scarf (Kiwi Cheesecake) and I chose the classic New York Cheesecake as the base. The different flavours lies in the top jelly layer and the amount of cream cheese added in the cakes are generous, giving the cake a very rich flavour. The bed of densely packed crumbed biscuits compliments nicely to the cheesecake, giving it a buttery crunch. However, this also falls apart easily, making eating alittle messy.
